I came to know the Lord in 1970 when I was at my third year in college. A Christian missionary group shared the gospel and started a bible study in our campus.

I took accounting and finance at the University of the Philippines and successfully passed the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) board examination. As a CPA earning a good paying job, I was considerably successful.

However, the evangelistic witnessing of the missionary group must have had a great impact in my choices that I eventually enrolled at the Asian Theological Seminary in 2000, same year my loved one died.

I graduated my bible course in 2002 and in 2003, I started preaching at “Jesus is the Christ Church”, a small independent church in Camarin, Caloocan City. Years later, I became one of the pastors.

Now as a 67-year-old pastor and single, I am so happy devoting my life in the ministries of preaching, teaching and training for future leadership in our church and the wider body of Christ.

OUR MINISTRIES

Across the highway from our church is our outreach area. While the children desire to be taught, there is high potential for accidents in crossing the highway to come to our church. On the other hand, their parents would
rather find means to augment their daily needs. Recognizing the spiritual decay taking place in these young lives, we rented a place within the community where the love of Christ is shared, taught and nurtured. This gave us more time with the children, praying they will grow to be good citizens submerged in the Word of God.
